It is with profound sadness that the Department announces the passing of Dr. Colin MacCalman on Thursday May 12th, 2011.
A memorial service will be held at the Canadian Memorial Centre for Peace, 1825 West 16th Avenue (corner of Burrard and 16th) at 11:00 am on Wednesday May 18th.
